I would
like to thank Keith F for suggesting I go on one of your
Trapline Adventures. It was one of the most thrilling and
exciting times of my life. Not only did Canadian Wilderness
Trapline Experiences give me a great time, they also helped me
realize how unsecured a person is in this great Canadian
Wilderness without an experienced guide. I have crocodiles
down here in Costa Rica where I live, however that is nothing
compared to meeting a 1200 lb Grizzly bear face to face or
waiting on the trail for a herd of wild Buffalo to cross. This
is a trip I would recommend to anybody who enjoys getting out
in the great unspoiled wilderness. Not only was the trip great
but I was spell bound by the stories by Trapper Ken, woodsman
and bush pilot. When I returned from this adventure I had lost
a little weight and gained a whole lot of experience.

When I first heard about Canadian Wilderness Trapping
Experience's, I had just won a 2 week holiday for being the
number one salesman at the Security Systems company I worked for
in London England. Our company had been in touch with Canadian
Wilderness Trapping Experience and purchased a 7 day adventure
on the trapline as a prize for the winner of the contest. We
where picked up in Ft. Nelson by Trapper Ken and he drove us to
Liard Hot Springs. After spending a very enjoyable hour in the
hot springs we had a lesson on driving a snowmobile. We then
went by snowmobile to Trapper's first cabin in the Barricade
Mountains. We spent 5 of the most enjoyable days of my life
learning about a working trapline. Trapper gave us a
demonstration of wilderness survival, trap and snare setting and
demonstrated the processing of furs. This was a totally
different world to what I had been used to. I never thought I
would ever get a chance to be out on a real working trapline.
Thank you, Canadian Wilderness Trapping Experience for giving me
the opportunity to spend a week on your trapline. I would highly
recommend this adventure to anybody who is interested in
spending some time in the wilderness.
